AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Route Floater (Full-time) in Mentor, OH with an early 5am start Monday–Friday and occasional Saturday mornings. This role loads, delivers, and services client locations, maintains inventory, and ensures product refrigeration and machine upkeep while delivering friendly customer service.

The position offers a consistent schedule, a team-oriented environment, and opportunities for growth within a respected nationwide food service company.

Formación

• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license (a CDL is NOT required) and a good driving record.
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Outgoing personality with the skills to promote products.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively to customers and AVI team members.
• Ability to work independently and utilize time efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Load the company vehicle with all products needed to service locations.
• Drive the vehicle to transport products to client locations.
• Fill in for Service Routes or Delivery Routes as needed.
• Deliver, load, and unload products and food as requested.
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers.
• Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products in truck and at accounts.
• Oversee the ordering of merchandise and control inventory.
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise.
• Collect money, including coins and bills, from machines.
• Communicate positively with customers by making eye contact and smiling.
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines at accounts.
• Manage the care of the company vehicle.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Route Floater, Full-time, in Mentor, OH. This position has an early morning start time at 5am, Monday-Friday. Occasional Saturday morning work.
