Job summary

Little John is expanding and seeks reliable Route Drivers to service portable sanitation units across assigned routes. You will deliver and pick up equipment, perform cleaning and restocking, and ensure safe operation of units and trucks.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift 75–100 pounds. Weekend/evening work may be required. We offer comprehensive benefits and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Minimum age 21; high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures with strong communication.
• Experience with portable sanitation units and service trucks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up portable toilets, handwash stations, and equipment at sites and events.
• Service units by cleaning, restocking, and sanitizing per company standards.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance on units and equipment.
• Maintain route documentation and provide feedback to optimize routing.
• Follow safety protocols, transport laws, and company policies.
• Occasionally assist with moving materials or team members.
