Job summary

FusionSite Services LLC in Wytheville, VA is hiring a Route Driver to service portable sanitation units across assigned routes. You will deliver and pick up port-a-potties and related equipment, clean, restock, and ensure a safe, clean experience for customers.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, is at least 21, and has a high school diploma or equivalent. We offer medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, disability, a 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures.
• Good communication with dispatch, customers, and team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up portable toilets, handwash stations, and related equipment at job sites, events, and customer locations.
• Service units by cleaning, flushing, restocking, and sanitizing.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance on units and equipment.
• Maintain route documentation and provide feedback to optimize routing and efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols, transportation laws, and company policies.
• Occasionally assist with moving materials or other team members.
• Weekend and evening work may be required.
