Job summary

Unitex in Lawrence, MA is seeking Route Service Drivers to join our growing team. This full-time role offers $24/hour with a retention bonus program up to $4,750 and opportunities to move into management through coaching.

You will load and unload daily, deliver soil to customers, and manage basic delivery invoicing on an electronic device. CDL is not required; must be 25+, drive a 22-foot straight truck, and be home every night and weekend.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Must be able to drive a 22-foot straight truck.
• CDL not required; customer service skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload your truck at the plant each day.
• Unload, deliver soil to customers and collect orders.
• Manage electronic device for delivery invoicing.
• Receive customer orders and submit to plant upon return.
• Maintain a positive relationship with customers.
• Keep truck clean and well maintained.
