Job summary

Performance Foodservice is hiring a Driver, Helper Non Formula in Minnesota to support food distribution operations. The role involves assisting drivers with safe, timely product deliveries, handling loading/unloading, and maintaining customer relations on intrastate routes.

The position offers $22.50/hour with potential CDL sponsorship. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and 6–12 months warehouse/customer interaction experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 6-12 months experience in warehouse environment and interfacing with customers.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift 10-35 pounds and up to 60-90 pounds depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).

Responsibilities

• Assists the Driver in the safe and accurate delivery of products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Loads and unloads truck and/or company vehicles.
• Places products in areas identified by customers.
• Completes required documentation in a timely manner.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
