Job summary

The Class Produce Group is seeking a Route Driver to load, transport, and deliver produce to customers within the local area. You will follow DOT regulations and safety practices while handling daily paperwork and on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, inspecting equipment, and maintaining accurate delivery records. The role requires a valid Class A CDL and flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Class A tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Permanent Class A CDL required.
• Flexible to work any 5 days of the week, including holidays.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Class A tractor‑trailer driving experience.
• Free of any moving violations and/or violation points.
• Flexible to work any 5 days of the week, including holidays.
• Possess and maintain a permanent Class A commercial driver’s license.

Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be able to read and write English and display basic arithmetic skills.

Training, Skills, Licenses

Class B commercial driver’s license required. 1 year CDL driving experience required. 1 year warehouse experience preferred. Electric pallet jack experience and/or produce experience preferred.

Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly stands, talks, hears, walks, uses hands to handle, feel, and reach. Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, rotating, twisting, kneeling, crouching, or crawling may be required. The employee must regularly lift or move up to 35 pounds, frequently up to 70 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Employment conditions may include wet, loud, cold, and/or humid environments.
