Job summary

Clover Sonoma delivers dairy products from Petaluma, CA. We are seeking a motivated Delivery Driver to operate a refrigerated truck on Northern California routes and meet on-time delivery goals. You will maintain safety standards, use a handheld device, and ensure proper documentation.

The role requires a clean driving record, ability to lift 50 lbs, and familiarity with DOT regulations. Shifts are four 10-hour days with flexible scheduling and drug testing after conditional offers.

Qualifications

• Current Commercial Class A driver's license.
• Experience as delivery driver.
• Solid driving record with no traffic violations.
• Ability to operate forklifts and tractors in various conditions.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with cold refrigerated vehicles and grocery coolers preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• High School diploma or GED.

A Day in the Life

• Deliver a wide variety of dairy products to various locations in Northern CA
• Specific routes and time schedule
• Inspect and operate a commercial delivery vehicle
• Unload, load cold dairy products to the customer
• Complete logs and reports
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
• Use of handheld computer device
• Execute all job duties in accordance with Clover's rigorous Food Safety and Quality programs and policies
• Fully understand your role and associated responsibilities for maintaining food safety and quality at Clover

What You Bring to the Team

• Current Commercial Class "A" Driver's license
• Experience as delivery driver
• Solid driving record with no traffic violations
• Ability to operate forklifts and tractors in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
• Organizational and time management skills
• Experience working in cold refrigerated vehicles and grocery coolers, preferred
• Ability to lift and/or carry at least 50lbs; bend, twisting
• Minimum High School diploma or GED

Clover Sonoma is a 24 hour/7 days a week processing and distribution plant. Work schedules vary, flexibility is critical. Shifts are typically four (4), ten (10) hour days.
