Job summary

Clover Sonoma in Petaluma, CA is seeking a customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our dairy distribution team. You will transport a variety of dairy products to locations across Northern California, adhere to DOT safety standards, and maintain accurate logs using handheld devices.

The role requires a valid Commercial Class A license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Shifts are typically four 10-hour days; we offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Commercial Class A driver’s license is required.
• Experience delivering dairy products to customers or retailers.
• Ability to operate forklifts and tractors in various weather conditions.
• Lift at least 50 lbs and be able to work in cold refrigerated environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide variety of dairy products to locations across Northern California.
• Follow specific routes and time schedules; maintain logs and reports.

• Unload/load products; use handheld device for order processing and documentation.

A Day in the Life

• Deliver a wide variety of dairy products to various locations in Northern CA
• Specific routes and time schedule
• Inspect and operate a commercial delivery vehicle
• Unload, load cold dairy products to the customer
• Complete logs and reports
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
• Use of handheld computer device
• Execute all job duties in accordance with Clover's rigorous Food Safety and Quality programs and policies
• Fully understand your role and associated responsibilities for maintaining food safety and quality at Clover

What You Bring To The Team

• Current Commercial Class \"A\" Driver's license
• Experience as delivery driver
• Solid driving record with no traffic violations
• Ability to operate forklifts and tractors in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
• Organizational and time management skills
• Experience working in cold refrigerated vehicles and grocery coolers, preferred
• Ability to lift and/or carry at least 50lbs; bend, twisting
• Minimum High School diploma or GED

Clover Sonoma is a 24 hour/7 days a week processing and distribution plant.

Work schedules vary, flexibility is critical. Shifts are typically four (4), ten (10) hour days.
