Job summary

Johnson Brothers is seeking a Beverage Delivery Driver to service stores across Iowa from our Cedar Rapids dock location. This full-time role follows a Tue–Fri schedule, with early start times around 4:00–5:00 AM and requires CDL Class A or B licensing.

Pay ranges are $24.00/hour for CDL B and $26.00/hour for CDL A, with a robust benefits package including 401(k), health and dental insurance, PTO, and more. A strong driving record, math skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B license required.
• Previous Delivery Driving experience preferred.
• Good driving record required.
• Heavy lifting up to 65 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong math skills and area knowledge.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Loading/unloading truck.
• Timely route delivery with multiple stops.
• Delivering products to stores using a two-wheeler or similar.

Job Description

Our Beverage Delivery Driver is responsible for making direct store deliveries to customers only within the State of Iowa based out of our Cedar Rapids, IA dock location. This position is full-time, 4 day work week (Tue - Fri). Must be a licensed CDL Class A or B Driver.

Schedule

Tuesday - Friday (4 DAY WORK WEEK) First Shift: Dispatch around 4:00 AM or 5:00 AM

Pay

Pay: $24.00/hour for CDL B $26.00/hour for CDL A

Job Requirements

• Must possess a valid Class A or B CDL with air brake endorsement
• Previous Delivery Driving experience

• Good knowledge of the surrounding area
• Detail oriented
• Self motivated, work independently and self managed to meet deadlines
