Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Route Driver to move and deliver merchandise to store locations within assigned routes, ensuring accuracy and safety. You will operate a 26 ft box truck on HUB routes and support store networks with timely deliveries.

The role requires a valid driver’s license (Non CDL), ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen, and a clean driving record. Healthcare, 401(k) with match, and paid time off are among offered benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license (Non CDL).
• Able to pass a DOT physical, including drug screen.
• Good driving record: No more than 2 moving violations in past 24 months or 3 in past 36 months.
• No DUI’s, DWI, or license suspension in last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely deliveries to Tailored Brands store network.
• Unload, process and reload merchandise and freight.
• Drive Commercial Motor Vehicle on HUB routes and deliver to stores.
• Pack and ship merchandise as required.
• Scan drivers’ logs and tuxedo manifests into and out of the HUB.
• Assist in data reconciliation of transfers and errors.
• Ensure security of HUB equipment and tools.
• Report injuries to management promptly.
• Maintain professional relationships with stores, customers and vendors.
• Work collegially in teams.
