Culligan Water is seeking a Route Driver to join our team in Watertown, SD. You will deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses along a designated route, handle invoicing, and collect payments while delivering great service.

The role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and dependability; you will work with service technicians, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and support shop maintenance as needed. A high school diploma and valid license are required.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED is required.
• 1-3 years of route experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to use a mobile device or tablet.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Able to engage with strangers and build professional relationships.
• Excellent communication with customers and teammates.
• Clean and professional appearance.
• Able to regularly lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver water treatment products (salt & bottled water) to homes and businesses on route.
• Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders and collect payments.
• Handle customer issues courteously while maintaining customer service.
• Follow all safety protocols and company regulations.
• Uphold the cleanliness standards of company vehicles and equipment.
• Assist service technicians with installation and removal of water treatment equipment.
• Complete shop maintenance as assigned.
• End-of-route supervisor check-ins, with daily recaps.

Culligan Water is currently seeking a Route Driver to join our team. The Route Driver performs deliveries along a specific route and handles invoicing and collections. Additionally, drivers are expected to deliver a high degree of service that exceeds the expectations of customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver water treatment products ( salt & bottled water) to homes and businesses in an efficient and timely manner
• Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders in addition to collecting related monies and issuing invoices
• Handle customer issues, complaints, and problems courteously and promptly while exhibiting an overall customer-focused style of service
• Follow all safety protocols and company regulations
• Consistently uphold the cleanliness standards of company vehicles and equipment
• Assist service technicians with installation and removal of water treatment equipment
• Complete shop maintenance as assigned
• End-of-route supervisor check-ins, with daily recaps
