Qualifications

• Complete vehicle inspections and keep equipment in safe working order.

The Mission

As a CDL Route Driver - River Falls, you’ll keep our local customers stocked and satisfied—moving product safely and efficiently across River Falls and nearby communities. This role matters because dependable delivery and sharp service protect our customers' shelves and our reputation.

Key responsibilities

Your Route Rhythm

Your day kicks off early - Monday through Friday with a 4:00 AM start - at 2814 Prairie Drive in River Falls. You’ll get set up at the warehouse, head out on your local run, and make steady stops at convenience stores, gas stations, and grocery outlets across the area. Expect a fast, focused pace (about 40-50 hours/week) where each stop is a chance to leave a great impression, keep displays looking sharp, and wrap up the day with your documentation squared away before you head home.
