Job summary

Culligan Water is currently seeking a Route Driver to join our team. The Route Driver performs deliveries along a specific route and handles invoicing and collections. Drivers are expected to deliver a high degree of service that exceeds customer expectations.

Requirements include a High school Diploma or GED, 1–3 years route experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Compensation is $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years route experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Pass drug screening.
• Pass Department of Transportation physical when required.
• Ability to use a mobile device or tablet.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent communication with customers and teammates.
• Clean and professional appearance.
• Able to regularly lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses on assigned routes.
• Process delivery orders and collect payments; issue invoices.
• Handle customer issues courteously and promptly with a customer-focused approach.
• Follow all safety protocols and company regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles and equipment.
• End-of-route supervisor check-ins with daily recaps.

Responsibilities

• Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses in an efficient and timely manner
• Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders in addition to collecting related monies and issuing invoices
• Handle customer issues, complaints, and problems courteously and promptly while exhibiting an overall customer-focused style of service
• Follow all safety protocols and company regulations
• Consistently uphold the cleanliness standards of company vehicles and equipment
• End-of-route supervisor check-ins, with daily recaps
