Culligan Water is seeking a Route Driver to join our team. The role delivers water treatment products to homes and businesses, processes delivery orders, collects payments, and issues invoices while maintaining a strong focus on customer service.

Starting in Madelia, the route serves Mankato and surrounding communities, with safety and professionalism at the core of every day. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years route experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to use a tablet or mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses in an efficient and timely manner.
• Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders and collect related monies, issuing invoices.
• Handle customer issues courteously and promptly while maintaining a customer-focused service style.
• Follow all safety protocols and company regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and equipment.
• End-of-route supervisor check-ins with daily recaps.

Culligan Water is currently seeking a Route Driver to join our team. The Route Driver performs deliveries along a specific route and handles invoicing and collections. Additionally, drivers are expected to deliver a high degree of service that exceeds the expectations of customers. This position will start in Madelia but services routes in Mankato and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses in an efficient and timely manner
• Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders in addition to collecting related monies and issuing invoices
• Handle customer issues, complaints, and problems courteously and promptly while exhibiting an overall customer-focused style of service
• Follow all safety protocols and company regulations
• Consistently uphold the cleanliness standards of company vehicles and equipment
• End-of-route supervisor check-ins, with daily recaps

Qualifications
