Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., seeks a Route Delivery Specialist to manage a box truck route with 10–20 stops daily, delivering tires and parts while greeting customers by name and recording deliveries. You will perform pre/post-trip inspections, logs, and use a handheld device.

You may assist with loading/unloading, operate forklifts/pallet jacks, and handle payments as needed. Overtime may be required; safety gear is provided. Training provided.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old (mandatory company policy).
• 1 year of professional driving experience with cube van/box truck or similar.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record meeting our driver policy.
• Ability to be trained to operate forklifts and high-reach lifts.
• Consistently lift 50 lbs and occasionally up to 80 lbs; push up to 40 lbs.
• DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one per DOT/FMCSA guidelines during hiring.
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
• Able to perform pre- and post-trip inspections daily.
• Deliver excellent customer service and collect payments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a non-CDL box truck on established routes (10–20 deliveries/day).
• Keep precise logs: driver logs, fuel purchase logs, and other documents per policy/law.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections daily.
• Use a handheld device to manage and confirm deliveries.
• Assist with loading/unloading; operate forklifts, pallet jacks as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and collect payments when required.
