Job summary

Culligan of Salem is seeking a qualified route delivery professional to service Roanoke Valley and surrounding areas, delivering 5-gallon water bottles and 40 lb bags of salt. You will grow the route by adding bottled water customers and new cooler placements, while maintaining existing deliveries.

Starting compensation includes $35,000–$40,000 annually plus commissions, with full paid training provided. Must have an active driver's license and safely operate a box truck (no CDL required);

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license required.
• Basic forklift operations understanding is a plus.
• Must be able to safely operate a U-haul style box truck (no CDL required).

Responsibilities

• Deliver 5-gallon water bottles and 40 lb bags of salt to customers.
• Develop new bottled water customers and cooler placements; grow the route.
• Maintain and expand route delivery programs in the Roanoke Valley and surrounding areas.

Culligan of Salem is looking for a qualified individual to perform regular route delivery services delivering primarily 5-gallon bottles of water and 40 # bags of salt in the Roanoke Valley, New River Valley, and surrounding areas. Along with maintaining existing route delivery services, this individual will also be responsible for developing new bottled water customers, developing new bottle-free cooler customers, new cooler placements and overall development and growth of the route delivery programs.

Full paid training will be provided.

Starting compensation package will include an annual starting salary between $35,000 and $40,000 plus commissions.

Qualified individuals must be able to:

• Safely operate a U-haul style box truck which does not require a CDL.
• Basic forklift operations understanding is a plus.
• Must have an active driver’s license with a reasonably clean record.
