Johnson Brothers Maverick Beverage is seeking a Non-CDL Delivery Driver in Texas. The role centers on safe, timely delivery of beverage products to retail locations, with excellent customer service and compliance with transportation regulations.

The position operates Monday through Friday during day shifts, with a $23.00/hour pay plus daily incentives and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. The job requires loading/unloading, vehicle inspections, and maintaining delivery records while upholding company

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Non-CDL driver's license.
• Previous delivery driving experience required.
• A good driving record is essential.
• Heavy lifting up to 65 lbs is involved.
• Good knowledge of the surrounding area is preferred.
• Detail oriented with strong time management.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
• High School diploma or GED is required.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate company delivery vehicles following regulations and safety standards.
• Deliver products to customer locations according to routes and schedules.
• Load, unload, and transport cases, kegs, and related merchandise.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Verify delivery orders, invoices, and documentation for accuracy.
• Ensure products are delivered in excellent condition as required.
• Collect signatures and complete delivery paperwork.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service during interactions.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members about status or issues.
• Follow safety procedures for lifting and handling items.
• Maintain clean and organized delivery vehicle; assist with warehouse duties as needed.

Job Profile Summary

The Non-CDL Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of beverage products to retail stores, restaurants, bars, and other customer locations while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires operating a company vehicle, in compliance with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations, as well as company safety standards. Drivers are responsible for loading and unloading beverage products, inspecting vehicles before and after routes, verifying delivery invoices and documentation, and ensuring products are delivered in excellent condition. The ideal candidate possesses a valid Driver’s License (Non-CDL), a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to build positive customer relationships. This position requires reliability, attention to detail, and the physical ability to lift, move, and deliver beverage cases, kegs, and related products throughout the workday.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely operate company delivery vehicles in accordance with federal, state, and local transportation regulations and company safety standards.
• Deliver products to customer locations according to established routes and schedules.
• Load, unload, and transport products, including cases, kegs, and related merchandise.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Verify delivery orders, invoices, and other required documentation for accuracy.
• Ensure products are delivered in excellent condition and placed according to customer requirements.
• Collect signatures, complete delivery paperwork, and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during all customer interactions.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and commercial team members regarding delivery status or issues.
• Follow all company safety procedures, including proper lifting, loading, and unloading techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
• Assist with warehouse, inventory, and other operational duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Must possess a valid Drivers license (Non-CDL).
