Job summary

Johnson Brothers Maverick of Texas is seeking a Route Delivery Driver with a Class B CDL to safely deliver beverages to retail locations, restaurants, bars and other customer sites. You will handle loading/unloading, verify invoices, and maintain accurate records for on‑time deliveries.

The ideal candidate has a clean driving record, is reliable, and can lift up to 65 lbs repeatedly. This full‑time role provides comprehensive benefits and a sign‑on incentive where offered.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class B CDL license.
• Previous delivery driving experience.
• Good driving record.
• Able to lift up to 65 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicles per federal, state, and local regulations and company safety standards.
• Deliver products to customer locations on established routes and schedules.
• Load, unload, and transport beverage products including cases and kegs.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Verify delivery orders, invoices, and documentation for accuracy.
• Collect signatures and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Provide professional customer service and communicate status with supervisors.
• Assist with warehouse, inventory, and other duties as assigned.

This role requires operating a Class B commercial vehicle, or other company vehicle, in compliance with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations, as well as company safety standards. Drivers are responsible for loading and unloading beverage products, inspecting vehicles before and after routes, verifying delivery invoices and documentation, and ensuring products are delivered in excellent condition. The ideal candidate possesses a valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to build positive customer relationships.
