Job summary

Fenix Parts Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver to safely and professionally deliver OEM automotive parts to commercial customers. You will manage daily routes, load and unload items, and perform pre/post-trip vehicle checks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years driving experience in a similar sized vehicle (20-26 ft box truck).
• Clean driving record with no more than 1 accident and no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical deliveries.
• Basic computer skills and ability to identify automotive parts.
• Valid driver's license with no major restrictions.
• Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Route Management: Handle home-daily delivery routes, planning daily schedules based on customer needs.
• Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload automotive parts, adhering to safety protocols and preventing freight damage.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre and post-trip maintenance checks on your assigned box truck.
• Customer Interaction: Deliver parts accurately, collect payments, present receipts, and assist customers as needed.
• Documentation: Complete and submit all required paperwork neatly and accurately at the end of your route.
