Driven Distribution Group seeks a Route Delivery Driver to safely operate company vehicles and deliver products to designated customer locations, while performing loading, unloading, and related warehouse tasks.
You will ensure timely deliveries, complete paperwork, conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections, and maintain vehicle cleanliness. OSHA/DOT safety adherence and strong customer service are essential in this on-site role in Arkansas.

Position Summary
TheRoute DeliveryDriveris responsible forsafely operating company vehicles to deliver products todesignatedcustomer locations.This role ensures timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining compliance with safety standards.In addition to driving, the Route Driver performs loading, unloading, and other warehouse-related tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Operate company vehicles safely and professionally at all times.
Deliver productsto specified locationsin a timely manner.
Unloads and stacks products with customers in a friendly courteous manner.
Completedeliverypaperwork and submitrequired documentation promptly.
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Maintain cleanliness of deliveryvehicleand workarea.
Assistwith general warehouse functions as needed.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and DOT regulations.
Remain attentive and alert tooperatein a safe and efficient manner.
Performadditionalduties asassigned to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GEDrequired.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a route delivery or transportation role.
Valid state-issued driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Ability to obtain andmaintaina DOT Medical Card.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the automotive aftermarket orlogisticsindustry.
Familiarity with basic warehouse procedures and systems.
Working knowledge of DOT safety regulations.

This positionoperatesin mixed environments, including warehouse settings and outdoor delivery areas.
Employees are regularly exposed to varying weather and traffic conditions and arefrequentlyrequiredto stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and lift. The role involves regularly lifting and moving up to 10 pounds,frequentlylifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lifting/moving items over 100 pounds.Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color perception, and depth perception.The use of hands and arms is essential to operate delivery equipment and handle materials.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements
To ensure safety and compliance, employees in this roleare required toalways wear steel-toe or composite safety shoes.
