Job summary

ARMM Logistics seeks a Route Delivery Associate in Pollok to deliver parcels to homes and businesses. This full-time role requires strong reliability and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with training provided for those new to the field.

Shifts are about 8–9 hours, typically 10:00 a.m. to 6:30–7:30 p.m., operating 7 days a week with overtime possible. A valid driver’s license is required and you must work at least one weekend day.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license (Commercial Driver’s license NOT required).
• No more than 2 accidents/tickets/infractions in 3 years (Driving Record).
• Pass Pre-employment drug test (4Panel Drug Test).
• Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each.
• Great attitude and energy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parcels to residential and commercial locations.
• Maintain attendance and full-time schedule (4–5 days/week).
• Weekend work is required.

Delivery Driver position - This is a FULL-TIME Position NOT Seasonal. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATES! Based in Nacogdoches.

No Commercial Driver's License needed to be a delivery driver.

• $21.50 to $25.00 overall hourly pay.
• Earn from $0.50 to $2.00 per hour in bonus pay daily.
• $500 bonus paid out over initial months based on attendance and being full time (5 shifts per week).
• Approx. 8-9 hour shifts from approx. 10a-6:30/7:30p.
• We operate 7 days per week. Full time will work 4-5 days/week (OT regularly available).
• MUST WORK AT LEAST ONE WEEKEND DAY.
