Job summary

M Star Shipping is seeking a Route Delivery Associate in Daly City, CA. The role requires delivering parcels to residential and commercial locations with a focus on reliability and customer service. A valid driver’s license is required, no CDL needed, and you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

The position offers base pay of $25.00–$26.50 per hour, with additional performance bonuses and a $1000 sign-on bonus. Shifts are approx. 8–9 hours, 4–5 days per week, including one weekend day.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license (Commercial Driver’s license NOT required).
• No more than 2 accidents/tickets/infractions in 3 years (Driving Record).
• Pass Pre-employment drug test (4Panel Drug Test).
• Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parcels to residential and commercial locations.
• Maintain a positive and safe driving record and ensure timely deliveries.
