Job summary

FedEx is seeking a delivery driver to operate company vehicles for outbound and inbound packages and provide courteous customer service within the station’s service area. You will verify shipments meet FedEx service standards and support assigned routes and related duties.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 21+ years old, valid license with clean record, and ability to lift 50 lbs or more with assistive devices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and handle heavier packages with equipment or assistance.
• Must read and speak English sufficiently for traffic signs and inquiries.
• Six months courier experience preferred and area knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles for delivery and pickup of packages.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx service features.
• Provide coverage for all assigned routes within the station's service area.
• Perform related customer service duties as assigned.
