Guardian in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a dependable Route Cleaner to join our growing team. You will perform route-based cleaning of designated facilities, maintain cleanliness, and ensure safety. This hands-on role requires punctuality, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to follow a structured route and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license may be required.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned cleaning routes efficiently and on schedule.
• Perform thorough cleaning of designated facilities, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
• Maintain and restock cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
• Ensure all areas meet quality and cleanliness standards before departing each location.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to supervisors.
• Follow all safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members while on route.
