Job summary

Certus Home Services is seeking Pool Service Technicians to manage residential service routes, keep pools clean and chemically balanced, and build trust with customers through dependable service.

You’ll operate a take-home company vehicle with fuel card and tools, and receive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, company-paid disability, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong customer-service mindset and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled pool maintenance, cleaning, water testing and chemical balancing.
• Inspect pools and equipment during visits and identify maintenance or repair needs.
• Communicate recommendations professionally to customers and internal teams.
• Safely operate and maintain company vehicle, equipment, tools, and inventory.
• Complete service documentation and mobile reporting accurately each day.
• Deliver reliable, professional service to retain customers and grow recurring business.
