Job summary

NWS in Mesa, AZ is seeking Field Technicians to service FreshPure water machines at assigned retail locations. You’ll manage a consistent route, clean machines, take readings, photograph conditions, and submit reports to the home office.

This is independent, on-site work with flexible scheduling and predictable hours. No water-system experience required; prior field service, retail, or delivery roles are an advantage.

Qualifications

• A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• A smartphone with a camera for photo submissions.
• Attention to detail — you follow the checklist, every time.
• You show up when you’re scheduled. That’s the most important thing.
• No experience in water systems required.
• If you’ve done field services, retail merchandising, delivery routes, janitorial work, or anything similar — you’ll hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect the FreshPure machine inside and out
• Take meter readings and log the data on your service report
• Snap photos of the machine condition at every visit
• Submit your completed report to the home office when you’re done
• Call in anything that looks off — damage, mechanical issues, anything unusual
• That’s it. Each stop takes about an hour. Your total hours per week depend on how many stores are on your route.
