Keystone Clearwater Solutions, LLC. seeks an Experienced Roustabout Supervisor in Barnesville, OH to lead field crews and oversee roustabout operations for a specific job or account. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness while coordinating with on-site clients.

You will supervise roustabouts, manage equipment usage, enforce safety protocols, and drive continuous improvements in operations. This role requires hands-on leadership and strong communication on a fast-paced site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Safety or engineering coursework or certifications preferred.
• Minimum 2 years roustabout or oil & gas experience.
• At least 3 years certified equipment operator experience.
• 3+ years broader industry experience and leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily roustabout operations safely and efficiently.
• Act as on-site manager or delegate to align with work orders.
• Lead setup, operation, and tear-down of equipment and containment systems.
• Supervise, train, and mentor field roustabout crews.
• Communicate with clients and represent leadership on-site.
• Manage EH&S compliance and deliver safety training.
• Inspect equipment and monitor site operations and reports.
• Complete daily field tickets and documentation.
• Estimate project needs including labor and materials.
• Identify efficiency improvements and cost controls.
