Job summary

Talon/LPE is seeking Roustabout Laborers to support outdoor site cleanup, remediation, and equipment handling. You will shovel, operate pressure washers, load tools, and assist with excavation tasks while maintaining safety and quality on every project.

We value a high school diploma or GED, 0–2 years of construction or oilfield experience, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to travel and work long hours outdoors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of construction, oilfield, or environmental work.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and work outdoors.
• Mechanically inclined and able to safely use pressure washers, ladders, and pumps.
• Willing to travel up to 5 days per week and stay on extended hours as needed.
• Able to wear PPE and pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
• Willing to obtain HAZWOPER 40 and other required certifications (company provided).

What You’ll Do:

• Shovel, rake, and assist in site cleanup, remediation, and underground line spotting.
• Operate pressure washers, pumps, valves, and ladders with care and precision.
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment for daily jobsite operations.
• Support equipment operators and spot heavy equipment during excavation and other tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all site supervisor directions and Talon/LPE safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in construction, oilfield, or environmental work.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record per company and insurance requirements.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs., bend, stoop, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather.
• Mechanically inclined and able to safely use equipment such as pressure washers, ladders, and pumps.
• Out-of-town travel could be required 5 days a week and will includeextended hours as needed.
• Ability to wear and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Must pass a pre‑employment physical and drug screening.
• Willing to obtain HAZWOPER 40 and other required certifications (company supported).
• Able to professionally communicate with clients and follow all QA/QC procedures.

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor work year-round in varying weather conditions.
• Weekly travel required based on project locations.
• Availability for long hours, including early mornings and late evenings.
