Responsibilities

  • Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of oil and gas production equipment.
  • Support installation and repair of oil storage tanks and flow lines.
  • Maintain lease roads and assist with grading and drainage improvements.

Pennhills Resources, LLC is growing and as we prepare for our next phase, we are also preparing to add to our talented group of employees who are engaged in the development, operation and maintenance of conventional oil and gas wells in Northern PA and the Southern Tier of NY. The Roustabout position supports Operations including production infrastructure at well sites, tank batteries, flow lines and associated field facilities.

The Roustabout is a field-based position supporting production across our footprint. The incumbent will assist with installation, maintenance, repair and upkeep of production equipment including pumping units, tank batteries, separators, and related infrastructure. Employees work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

Essential Duties include, but limited to:

  • Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of oil and gas production equipment including pumping units, separators, tank batteries, and associated equipment.
  • Support installation and repair of oil storage tanks, flow lines, and production piping systems.
  • Maintain well sites including mowing, brush cutting, and general lease maintenance.
  • Maintain lease roads and assist with grading and drainage improvements.
  • Assist with inspection and repair of flow lines and gathering systems.
  • Load, transport, and stage materials and equipment at field locations.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.
  • Comply with company safety policies including Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO), and Hot Work Permit procedures.
  • Assist field operators and maintenance personnel with daily operational tasks.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments.
  • Ability to lift and carry tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Ability to walk, bend, climb, and work around oilfield equipment.
  • Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and light equipment.
Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years of oilfield, mechanical, construction, or related experience preferred.
Skills: Mechanical aptitude, teamwork, communication, and ability to follow safety procedures.
Licenses: Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred.
