ShalePro Energy Services, LLC is seeking dependable Roustabouts to join our field team in diverse locations. You will perform general labor, maintenance, and support duties for oil and gas operations, with emphasis on safety, teamwork, reliability, and quality workmanship.

The role requires outdoor work in varying weather and a willingness to learn multiple tasks in a fast-paced field environment. Prior oil and gas or construction experience is preferred and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a team.
• Must be physically able to perform demanding field work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor and maintenance at well sites and facilities.
• Assist field crews with daily operations and equipment.
• Load, unload, move, and organize tools and materials.
• Support installation, maintenance, repair, and site infrastructure.
• Keep work areas clean and perform housekeeping tasks.
• Assist with site work such as excavation and trenching as directed.
• Operate hand and basic power tools safely and properly.
• Support with equipment, valves, tanks and other components.

Position Summary

ShalePro Energy Services, LLC is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Roustabouts in Southwestern Pennsylvania, Wheeling, WV, and Fairmont, WV. The Roustabout performs a variety of general labor, maintenance, construction, and field support duties associated with oil and gas operations.

This is a hands‑on position requiring a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, reliability, and quality workmanship. The ideal candidate is comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions and is willing to learn and perform a variety of tasks in a fast‑paced field environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform general labor and maintenance duties at oil and gas well sites and related facilities.
• Assist skilled tradesmen and field crews with daily operations.
• Load, unload, move, and organize tools, equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Assist with installation, maintenance, repair, and removal of equipment and site infrastructure.
• Perform housekeeping and general cleanup of work areas.
• Assist with excavation, grading, digging, trenching, and other site work as directed.
• Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely and properly.
• Assist with pipe, fittings, valves, tanks, and other oil and gas equipment.
• Support rigging, lifting, and material‑handling activities when properly trained.
• Maintain safe and orderly work areas.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and applicable OSHA and industry requirements.
• Wear and properly maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Complete required paperwork, inspections, and daily work documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and climbing.
• Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment as required.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or varying schedules when operationally necessary.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Must be willing to complete required training and certifications.
