Austin Companies in Phoenix is seeking a Rough-In HVAC installer to work on residential tract homes. You will collaborate with Superintendents to ensure production and quality standards are met.

The role requires 1-2 years of residential rough-in experience, ability to read blueprints, and knowledge of HVAC code. A valid driver's license is required. We offer a competitive benefits package with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of HVAC residential tract home experience.
• Must be able to rough-in residential tract home with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to read blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC code.
• A valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of residential rough-in including installing new equipment, sheet metal duck work, attic, and/or vertical splits (gas or heat pump).
• Achieve production goals and meet quality standards.
• General knowledge of power hand tools such as drills, panduit straps, snips, sawzall and general construction tools.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
