Rotordynamics Systems Engineer responsible for Gas Turbine rotor and bearings design, manufacture, test and after-market troubleshooting and diagnostics support.
Scope includes responsibility for rotors, bearings, adjacent engine static structures, as well as interaction with package accessory and control systems.
Design responsibilities will include single-component design, system-level design (rotordynamic analyses), and applied process improvements (balancing methodology, production sequences, or testing plans).
Manufacturing support responsibilities will involve regular collaboration with production engineers and shop personnel to provide guidance for manufacturing of components critical to rotordynamic system behavior.
Field and test support responsibilities will involve regular interaction with test engineers and field personnel to ensure proper acquisition of vibration data, diagnose and assess product health, and provide trouble-shooting recommendations.
$120,600.00 - $180,900.00
