Job summary

Airbus Helicopters, Inc. in Grand Prairie, TX seeks an experienced Pilot to join our Flight Operations team.

You will lead ground school instruction (75%) and advanced flight training (20%), while conducting production test flights, ferry missions, and customer demonstrations to showcase our rotorcraft capabilities. The ideal candidate has at least five years of helicopter flight experience, 2000 PIC hours (500 in turbine), an IFR rating, and a CFII, with the ability to work with translators in

Qualifications

• Five or more years of flight experience.
• Minimum 2000 PIC hours in helicopters (500 turbine).
• FAA First or Second Class Medical Certificate.
• Commercial helicopter license, IFR rating, and CFI rotorcraft.
• Ability to conduct flight training at night.
• Willing to work with translators in classroom and cockpit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ground school instruction to customer personnel (75%).
• Conduct advanced flight training and evaluate maneuvers.
• Coordinate required pre-flight and post-flight documentation and reports.
• Support customer demonstrations, ferry flights and other Flight Operations missions.
• Assist customers with flight-related maintenance questions and risk assessments.
