Job summary

Quanta Services, Inc. is hiring a Junior Field Mechanic to provide helicopter-assisted services in Oregon. The role offers a structured mentorship program for recent graduates of an FAA-approved Aviation Maintenance Technician (A&P) program. Your tasks will include assisting in aircraft maintenance and inspections under the supervision of experienced mechanics.

Expect to work in diverse environments and gain hands-on experience with MD369 D and FF helicopters. This position involves working paid overtime and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401k matching and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate of an FAA-approved Aviation Maintenance Technician (A&P) school.
• FAA Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) certificate obtained or in process.
• Legal US work status required.

Responsibilities

• Assist a senior A&P Mechanic with routine and scheduled maintenance on helicopters.
• Participate in daily aircraft inspections, including preflight and postflight procedures.
• Help keep the aircraft clean and ensure safe ground operations.
