JOB SUMMARY:

Inspects aircraft components for conformance to customer and engineering standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Determines methods, operations, sequences, and set-ups to perform inspections
  • I nspects products for conformance to customer and engineering standards
  • Participates in related production support functions as directed by team lead/manager
  • Performs mid to complex quality control checks of mechanical components
  • Determines inspection methods, operations, sequences
  • Learns to assist Lead on process planning and flow
  • Learns to assist Lead in training employees
EDUCATION:
  • Must have a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification
  • Technical education or FAA Airframe & Powerplant license preferred
EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum 1 year aircraft maintenance experience is required.
  • Dynamic component repair, overhaul, and maintenance experience is preferred.
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport security badge through the local airport authority, if applicable
