Adecco, in partnership with Tennant Company, is seeking a Rotomold Operator to join the Holland, MI team. You will operate rotational molding equipment, perform mold maintenance, and ensure product quality. Weekly pay with overtime and a full benefits package are offered.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in rotational or injection molding, strong troubleshooting, and a solid focus on safety and quality. This role supports production goals and continuous improvement within a safety-conscious

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in rotational or injection molding environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and mold maintenance knowledge.
• Experience with quality inspections (dimensional and visual).
• Ability to follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced setting.
• Lift up to 30 lbs and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate, start-up, shut down, and maintain rotational molding equipment.
• Perform mold maintenance: soda blasting, polishing, power washing, latch adjustments.
• Conduct quality inspections—dimensional and visual.
• Troubleshoot equipment to reduce downtime and sustain production.
• Support process improvements and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Assist in material handling, part finishing, and production scheduling.
• Train new team members and collaborate with engineers and supervisors.
