Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing is assisting a client in Leetsdale, PA to hire a Rotomold Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM). The role focuses on operating and maintaining the rotomold equipment and conducting part inspections for proper setup and cure.

The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined with attention to detail, capable of following process sheets, inspecting molds, and communicating effectively with the supervisor.

Job description

We have a client located in Leetsdale, PA seeking a Rotomold Machine Operator for the 2nd shift

Job Duties

• Responsible for the overall operations of the machine
• Mechanically inclined with attention to detail
• Conducts part inspections to approve set-up
• Knows characteristics of standard resins, the proper cure, and how to check the cure
• Effectively conduct and inspect mold preparations
• Shift is 2pm-10:30pm

Job Requirements

• Programs and maintains the operation of the rotomold machine, including set up, shut down, temperature adjustments, filling buckets with powder, pulling completed parts, scraping, cleaning, etc.
• Reads and follows the molding process sheets, corrects errors, and reports to supervisor
• Knows the quality standards of the machine and characteristics of each part and how to check to maintain consistency
• Reliable, trainable, attention to detail, and effective communication skills
• Experience in fluid power industry and/or manufacturing environment is preferred
