Gator Co. - Gator Cases, Cableworks, Frameworks, Rackworks, Levy's Music Accessories in Indiana is seeking hands-on manufacturing workers to operate rotational molding equipment shaping plastic parts for guitar and speaker cases.

You will stand on your feet for 8 hours, follow established procedures, and work as part of a team to meet production goals. We offer two shifts (1st 6am–2pm and 2nd 2pm–10pm) with weekly Fridays pay, starting rates from $17.20–$18.95 per hour depending on shift, with

Qualifications

• Experience or ability to learn rotational molding processes and equipment.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and achieve quality standards.
• Prepare equipment and load molds, then operate the machine per schedule.

Responsabilités

• Take direction from the Supervisor to produce product and meet quality and productivity standards.
• Prepare rotational molding equipment for daily operation
• Mount molds on machine carousel with weights reaching 75lbs
• Restock molds after setup change
• Clean and prepare molds, load molds with PE resign, and process cycle
• Strip parts from molds and stock in proper location
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Accurately process paperwork and perform preventative maintenance
• Ensure completion of secondary tasks (drill cases as required, cut liner buckets, blend PE and die, prep vent tubes)

If you like to work with your hands, don't mind being on your feet for 8 hour shifts, and want to be a part of the music industry, this is the place for you!

We have both 1st (6am to 2pm) and 2nd (2pm to 10pm) shifts available.

Days: Monday through Friday

1st shift pay = $17.20 to start and $17.45 at 60 days

2nd shift pay = $18.95 to start and $19.20 at 60 days

Pay day: every Friday

Job Description:

The ideal person for this role will work as a team to set up and operate a rotational molding machine to shape plastics. The operator adjusts the machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashion. The ideal person will have knowledge or can learn and understand commonly used concepts, practices and procedures, and follow pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
