Job summary

Goldbelt Glacier Health Services seeks qualified instructors to support US Army ROTC training across multiple colleges and universities nationwide. In this role you will teach in classroom and field settings, delivering standardized instruction and dynamic workshops while meeting institution requirements and maintaining staffing targets.

You will need prior U.S. Army experience, a solid understanding of military basics, classroom adaptability, and the ability to operate in field environments for

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of military training and field training evaluations.
• Candidate should know basic Soldier skills: map reading, land navigation, marksmanship, drill and ceremonies, weapons experience with U.S Army small arms.
• Thorough knowledge of Army organizational structure, mission objectives, procedures and DoA policies.
• Safety skills in the use of small arms, ammunition, and pyrotechnics.
• Computer skills: MS Word, spreadsheets, graphics software, email and internet use.

Responsibilities

• Teach effectively in classroom and field training contexts, delivering standardized instruction and workshops.
• Instructors must be able to live and instruct in field environments for extended periods during training exercises.
• Meet the academic institution’s qualifications and requirements for instructor positions at that institution.
