TechTAP offers rotations across software engineering, data engineering, information security, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise solutions with mentoring and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (as listed) and a 3.0+ GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• 0–24 months of professional technology-related work experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in team environments while managing responsibilities.
• Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning.
• Demonstrated leadership experience through academic, professional, volunteer, or extracurricular activities.
