Itron offers a Sales Internship – Technology & Utilities Focus in Austin, TX, designed to develop future leaders through real-world experience and cross-functional collaboration. You will rotate across Sales Specialists, Solution Architecture/Pre‑Sales, and Leadership Immersion, and complete a capstone project presented to leadership.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or related experience in business, engineering, technology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotational program across three core teams: Sales Specialists, Solution Architecture/Pre‑Sales, and Leadership Immersion.
• Contribute to a capstone project and present findings to Itron leadership.
• Engage in team meetings, customer calls, and internal trainings to deepen understanding of Itron’s solutions.
• Receive mentorship and feedback from leaders to support growth and development.
