Job summary

Man Group invites applicants to join the Quant Rotational Program, a 20-month pathway into Quant Research or Portfolio Management. You will develop trading strategies, validate signals, and gain exposure to multiple asset classes while collaborating with research and PM teams.

You will work on rigorous quantitative methods, including econometrics and machine learning, with opportunities for career growth and cross-functional training within a global firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline is required or strongly preferred.
• Strong programming and statistical analysis skills with ability to apply quantitative techniques.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop strategies to improve trading of financial markets.
• Develop and enhance quantitative investment strategies using econometrics, machine learning, and AI.
• Monitor portfolio risk and country/sector exposures; analyze returns and client communications.
