Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator to rotate across Soil and Clean production areas, handling heavy 45-lb soil bags and assisting in sorting, washing, drying, ironing and loading linens for hospital deliveries.

Employees will shift between tasks, learning multiple positions within two weeks and adhering to all safety and quality standards in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED preferred.
• Excellent teamwork skills required.
• Ability to rotate between Soil and Clean production areas and perform multiple duties.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Soil and Clean production roles to assist in receiving, sorting, washing, drying, ironing and loading linens.
• Open customer returned soil bags (approx. 45 lbs per bag) and sort into classifications.
• Move carts and assist in maintaining production flow on the line.
• Operate or assist with equipment as needed while adhering to safety standards.
• Support catching, folding, ironing and shipping tasks as assigned.
• Ensure quality standards and proper handling of linens throughout shift.
