Jer-Den Plastics in Saint Louis, MI is seeking Production Associates to join our Associate-Owner Team. Training will be on site at our Saint Louis, MI facility.

Associates must be detail oriented, have good communication skills, and be able to work cooperatively with all departments and employees. Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and accurate in completing tasks.
• Good communication skills across departments.
• Ability to work cooperatively with all teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate overhead hoists, pallet jacks, forklifts.
• Verify mold identification are correct and molds are operational.
• Verify parting lines clean.
• Clamps functioning properly; vent tubes clean with proper wrap/material.
• Verify that the correct materials/weights are loaded into the molds.
• Verify that finished/work in progress products are packaged and labeled appropriately.
• Able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Label and grind production scrap.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Identify and report any issues with machines, molds, equipment, materials or product to Supervisor.
