Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or machine operation.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and production docs.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and experience with machinery and tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Comfort with computers and manufacturing software systems.
• Strong communication across shifts.
• Dependable attendance and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate rotational molding machines and related equipment.
• Set up molds, perform mold changes, and load/unload molds during production.
• Monitor machine settings to ensure consistent product quality.
• Troubleshoot quality and process issues and adjust as needed.
• Follow work instructions, PSRs, and quality procedures to meet specs.
• Perform start-up, shutdown, and routine production activities.
• Inspect molded products for defects and resolve quality concerns.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• Assist in training and supporting team members.
• Lead by example in safety, quality, communication, and teamwork.
