Job summary

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Soil and Clean duties, handling soil sorting and loading operations.
• Sort returned soil into classifications and prepare for washing.
• Learn and operate equipment across plant areas as needed; follow safety standards.
• Assist in moving carts, loading finished goods, and keeping work areas clean.
• Maintain quality standards and adapt to production needs and shifts.
