Job summary

Shape Corp. is seeking recent engineering graduates for a cross-functional rotation program that will place you in an engineering location agreed with the hiring manager.

The program leads to a full-time role involved in new product development, design verification, and acting as the engineering liaison on customer vehicle teams. Responsibilities include leading development projects with the design and CAE teams, preparing DFMEA/DFMEA documents, and supporting prototype builds and production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering required; Master's preferred or equivalent work experience.
• GPA of 3.0 or better.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated leadership, innovation, and results.
• Strong teamwork, problem solving, customer focus and communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as engineering liaison between customer teams and internal manufacturing.
• Lead development projects with Product Design & CAE staff.
• Develop designs, DFMEA, and DFMA considerations for new products.
• Provide on-site support for prototype builds and launches.
• Collaborate with suppliers and program teams on APQP activities.
