Job summary

TC Energy offers a 3-year New Engineer-in-Training (NET) program designed to provide broad exposure to US Natural Gas operations. You will rotate yearly across US Projects, Commercial Operations, and Safety & Technical Services, gaining hands-on experience and mentoring while traveling or relocating as needed.

Participants begin with a mandatory field exposure and will be placed in one of several teams to build technical competencies and leadership skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering or related field is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for complex systems.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams across sites.

Responsibilities

• Handle engineering work on natural gas facilities and pipelines.
• Schedule resources and manage project interfaces with ESPs.
• Review designs, provide site support, and track progress through close-out.
