Watershed Geo, a global engineering solutions company headquartered in Alpharetta, GA, offers a Civil Engineering Intern summer program that rotates across Engineering, R&D, Sales, Field Operations, and business operations. The internship provides hands‑on experience with real projects and cross‑functional exposure within the Watershed Geo ecosystem.

The program runs 10–12 weeks, with in‑person opportunities in Alpharetta or Chattanooga.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or a related Engineering field.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Exposure to engineering or design software (AutoCAD®, GIS, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Rotate through multiple departments to gain hands‑on exposure to the full lifecycle of Watershed Geo’s technologies.
Support engineering teams with design reviews, testing, data collection, and technical documentation.
Spend time with inside and outside sales teams to understand solution development and customer engagement.
Participate in field operations to observe real‑world application of engineered solutions.
Assist research & development teams with product testing and innovation initiatives.
Engage with business operations and fulfillment teams to understand project coordination and execution.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on special projects.
