The program lasts one year with three or four rotations across different disciplines and offices, if applicable, enabling hands-on experience in both field and office

Qualifications

• Good communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• EIT or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of KCI services and the engineering consulting industry.
• Identify a career path that aligns with their interests.
• Acquire hands-on experience in both field and office environments.
• Learn to design and prepare construction drawings for civil, transportation, mechanical, water/wastewater, and utility projects.
• Get an overview of opportunities within KCI, including civil, road and bridge design, industrial, commercial, utilities, and public sector work.
